WMHS Round About
Western Maryland Health Systems new Western Maryland Regional Medical Center opened, to the public, on Saturday, November 21, 2009. The Medical Center is located in Cumberland, Allegany County, Maryland. The new traffic pattern on Willowbrook Road includes two "Round-Abouts". I believe these Round-Abouts are the first in Allegany County.
