Wintery Miss

A few days after Christmas there was a generous snow up in northern, lower Michigan. We were visiting Grandma and Grandpa for the holidays, and Cherilyn and I thought we'd go for a winter walk with our new cameras and see what we could find. It was very overcast and the natural light was poor, but we experimented for a bit, nonetheless. She was resting for a few minutes and looked over at me as I snapped this one. As unfortunate as it is, she sees her "flaws", but I love how this looks just like plain ol' her... beautiful. (maybe a little colder).
