Texture and Rhythm

A young Jakartan burns the wick on another day. Strumming, strumming, strumming away.

 

 

I was actually very torn between the black and white version and this one - ultimately, I loved the colors against the almost colorless wall. The texture was even more evident in the b&w though.

 

I would have enjoyed not having the magazines in there, but decided that it gave more of a story - he was selling the magazines and in between customers, making music.
