Barker Hut Interior

Slow exposure taken inside Barker Hut with the solar-powered electric lights on.

Seemed odd to me - saves torch batteries I s'pose.

 

I remember one of the other trampers staying there that night accidently spilled most of a pot of stew on top of my open pack (!) - bit of an awkward moment... ('Sorry mate!').

Dried out eventually - certainly broke the ice in the hut...
