Paleo muffins
6 eggs, 1cup melted butter, 1/2 pint blueberries, 1/2cup coconut flour, 3 scoops whey protein isolate, 3tbsp maple syrup (optional), 1/2tsp vanilla extract, 1/2tsp baking powder, 1/2tsp salt. Bake @ 400F for 15-20 min. 12 muffins
Maple syrup is a bit of a cheat, but there's only 1/2 tbsp of sugar in a couple of muffins.
A dozen of these have the same amount of sugar as in a single Coke.
