ipvc everybody bloody upvc. Why? You try buying a door in the UK that isn't made out of plastic. Environmentally friendly? Saddam Hussein was more environmentally friendly than this stuff. At least he was biodegradable.

 

Someone, somewhere, has made loads of money by convincing people that what they really really want is a boring white front door made out of plastic, and if you don't get one the value of your house will go down.

 

So, do you think I have a bit of a downer about going back to England? Maybe...
