Omelette in a pancake pan

:D hahahs uhm.... it has swiss mushrooms, cheese, milk, parsely, spring onions... erh..pepper, soy sauce and...3 eggs? AND it was gonna be an omelette but it was too hard to sorta..flip ish so it's scrambled
