Empty Altar - stone pendant

This piece is inspired by altars/shrines common in Italy. Above the entrance of houses, on bridges, on factories, in bucher shops, fish shops.. everywhere. This one is empty, neglected. The rust and verdeblue patina referes to some old coats of painting, worn off. Many altars have the blue background, on this one you can see a trace of it. It is hanging on a silver stirrup - not so stable..

The hight of the stone is 4 cm. width: 19 mm, depth: 9 mm.

I am not sure about the name of the stone but I will look it up.
