Stela of Taqayna, who can be seen in the bottom right corner. The inscription in front of him reads: Giving praise to Re, kissing the earth before Nubty ("he from Nubt (Ombos)" = Seth), by Taqayna. The main part of the stela shows the god Seth (rather unusually in fully human form) spearing Apophis, or Apep, the great serpent representing chaos, here depicted with a human face and hands.
