I think I can, I think I can...

As I tested slower shutter speeds to see the rain’s effect, an immature White-crowned sparrow (Zonotrichia leucophrys) landed and took off from the Joe Pye (Eutrochium purpureum) blooms.

 

I like to shoot action photos at 1/2000, at least, for clarity, and deal with ISO later if I can. This frame followed the one in the first comment by less than a second, I think.
