About 4 years ago, I was taught how to 'think' in black
and white by my mentor S. Willames. (born 1934) , who
was a master black & white photographer from Oregon.
He loved mono, and helped promote the careers of Imogen
Cunningham, Edward Weston and Ansel Adams.
Our time was brief, but it Improved my vision tremendously.
I enjoy creating my flower portraits now, as I have a 'better idea'
of what I'm doing. There is so much more to learn....
