The Mont Blanc massif is a mountain range in the Graian Alps and is named after Mont Blanc which at 15,000ft is the highest summit of the Alps. Mont Blanc Massif straddles France and Italy and is very popular for mountain climbers and skiers. Image was captured from the Aiguille du Midi which is 12,000ft and is accessible by the gondola.
