Update:

Jakob's doing great. He's healthy and has had some shots. He smiles and eats rice now, and we're considering starting fruit soon. Jakob's getting so big it's insane.

 

He's accomplished:

sitting

finding fingers

finding toes!

sucking on toes

sucking on fingers

eating rice/oatmeal

swallowing with success

being ticklish!
