Stanley Park Windstorm

Vancouver has been hit with several windstorms this winter. The first had wind gusts approaching 100mph. It is estimated that over 3,000 trees have been blown over in Stanley Park. Aerial shots of the worst hit areas look like it has been clear cut. Many areas are completely inaccessible. These shots are from major trails That run through the park. They are actually closed to the public, and required climbing over and under many fallen trees to access.
