Bloedel Conservratory

Built in 1969 with a $1.25 million dollar donation from Prentis Bloedel of the MacMillan-Bloedel forestry company. The geodesic dome is the second largest single-structure plant conservatory in North America. It houses a range of plants and trees from tropical to desert climates and has over 100 free flying birds of various species.
