Photo-dieting

I love summer food. So colourful and tasty.

I should have logged the calories the night before as when I came to put them into weightlossresources I found I'd eaten far too much lunch - should have had either hummous OR chicken, not both (or maybe half the quantity of each).

 

Breakfast

50g muesli 183 kcals, raspberries and semi skimmed milk - about 299 kcals in total (milk includes that used for tea during the day)

 

Lunch

homemade tandoori chicken bites(140g), carrots 60g, tomato 40g, pitta bread 44g,

red pepper hummus 94g (way too much), some orange peppers: about 686 kcals (must do better)

 

Afternoon

Peach 130g (some went on my breakfast), strawberries, 94g and green grapes 70g

 

Blueberry Optifit dessert made with yoghurt, cream and blueberries.

 

In the evening I ate at a friend's house - she made tandoori chicken and rice.
