I’ve been watching an immense amount of Top Gear lately now that I found seasons 1-13 is on instant Netflix. (Picture below is from my TV)
Well today I finally received my Geology text book in the mail. I ordered it quite a while ago, and now I can actually use it in my class tomorrow. I also got a B on my first percalc quiz of the semester and the only reason I got the one wrong was because I didn’t check my work to see if the equation checked out, oh well ( that’s usually the case when it comes to math problems). Anyway, getting my geology book in the mail is why I decided to take a photo of a mailbox. I’m trying a semi-new processing technique to my photos, so please bear with me while I fiddle for a few weeks with results. I was recommended these tutorials called Calvinize from a fellow flickr friend Perry Melat . Even though the creator has a very thick German accent, his English is very easy to understand and I really recommend using him. I was able to find some of his videos online so I didn’t have to pay in order to learn these really helpful techniques, I really recommend him if you can find something!
I’m still critiquing my dodging and burning technique and as well as some detail affects, but like I said, it will probably take some weeks (or maybe even moths) before it’s really good.
