Macromondays - Metaphors
It has been ages since I've had a chance to pop into Flickr -- work has been insane -- but I had a little bit of time today to take a few shots so I could participate again in two of my favorite groups: Cliche Saturdays and Macro Mondays. As efficient as I can be on occasion, I've got a two-for-one deal with this one (or at least, that's what I'm telling myself).
Cliche Saturdays: I've got candy, I've got a heart, and I've got a cliche saying (thank you, Pat Benatar), what more can anyone ask for?
Macro Mondays: Seeing as it's Valentine's day, I thought I'd try to make the metaphor apply to the gloriousness of the day.
Happy Valentine's Day to all! Even if it is a psuedo-holiday made up by Hallmark :)
Please note: no chocolate was hurt in the filming of this shot. I can't guarantee what happened afterwards...but during, all confectionairies were perfectly fine.
