Chaussures...il y a longtemps

Avenue de Luchon, Montréjeau, Haute-Garonne, France

This is a busy street with ongoing traffic to the nearby Centre Commercial in Gourdan-Polignan and also to places like Bagnères-de-Luchon and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, and Viella in Spain.

The road is rather narrow and the sidewalks are either only 50 cm wide or absent at all. A risky place for any pedestrian I must say....

Anyway, eventually all shops in this part of the street (between Place de l'Orme and the Garonne river) have closed many years ago and the buildings where abandoned or have even collapsed.

After many times of driving through this street, on the way to Lac d'Oô or on the way back from Nistos Cap-Nestès, I finally took the time to make some pictures.

After postprocessing they pretty much looked like how I wanted them to be, like on a grey day in this street.
