3. VadeMecum Leather Pocket Molekine Notebook Cover. Works with Pocket Moleskine, Rhodia Small Webnotetebooks and similar sized notebooks. Too bad the maker is no longer responding to emails.

4. Lands End Passport Wallet repurposed as Notebook Cover. Has a doane paper notebook inside.
