The UK Governments Human Rights Violating Special Discrimination Bedroom Tax

The bedroom tax is a violation of my human rights on the grounds of special discrimination.
Is it fair one of two people with the same exact floor space should face a bedroom tax simply because the council has turned a one bedroom flat into a two as a result of adding a partition wall, which its self takes up space. This is a result of making the bedroom smaller just so they can turn the kitchen into a second room.
Now isn’t this just special decimation were one person is allowed the same space to live in, yet the other person is faced with a tax brought about by a partition wall being added to a property once seen to be a one bedroom flat.
For instance isn’t this just the same as one person living in a one bedroom flat were all their rooms are 100 feet in size. Yet another persons whole flat is just 100 feet in size. But because partitions are added to create more rooms, they now face having to pay a bedroom tax for less. As each partition wall has demotions and takes up floor space rending the property even smaller.
The UK government is decrementing against people who live in the same size properties as their neighbors and are only taking into account the number of rooms and not the demotions of the property. If the Council was to add a second partition wall to my flat would this now be a three bedroom property though the one bedroom flat above with the same dimensions and floor space is a one bedroom flat.
Right now my kitchen table is in my once kitchen now a bedroom as I can't fit it in my smaller kitchen.
Thus my now second bedroom is were I eat my super in.
