Burj Khalifa
I remember one of the photo competition over the flickr group for which I did not have anything available in my stock which can qualify for the entry. That really pissed me off. Against all odds, I was surrounded by the high rise building couple of days ago, but unable to find a time out to point out the camera and take a shot. Thanks to our National Airline which actually made me watch another wonderful place because of the flight delay. Even thou it was hot and I was wearing a full suite, as I was dropped at the Metro Train station of Burj Khalifa and soon my face and neck was all wet with sweat. Over it I was wearing all black, in the hot sun of Dubai.
It was not a very good view of the building from the far, as I walked toward him and found a suitable place to get a clear shot, even wide angle was unable to take the complete building from the top to bottom. So presenting before your eyes is a vertorma of Burj Khalifa. A beautiful building which rival every building in the world and hold the title of the tallest building at 828 m and 160 floors.
Nestled around is the biggest shopping mall of the world and the musical Dubai fountains, I will share few pictures of that event, but without the tripod, in the night what can be done...
