Salt Lake Temple sunset

I photographed the LDS (Mormon) Salt Lake Temple two days ago with my iPhone 4s from the 10th floor of the JSM Building (the old Hotel Utah). I used the app Pro HDR to combine two images in order to provide both highlight and shadow detail in this very contrasty scene (the sun was setting, just as the lights were coming on the temple).

Eliminating Window Reflections: I'm shooting through the 10th floor window of the JSMB (the re-modeled and renamed Hotel Utah). I'm in "The Roof" restaurant. Everything in the room (from lights to light objects) are reflecting in the glass, creating a double image (the temple and bright objects in the room behind me). So how do you eliminate these annoying reflections? Subscribe to my newsletter (below) and find out! Hint: it's not a digital, software solution; it's an old-fashioned "analog" trick.
