Step 6: Foreground Top Coat

Paint on top of your base coat. This may take several layers of paint, it may not. Let dry.

 

As with the background, I painted a single flower brown-yellow, and while it was still wet, painted petals in pure yellow on top of the wet paint. It blends it a little bit.
