NEWS STORY: New Premature Baby Unit at Centre for Sight, Sri Lanka

The Centre for Sight in Kandy, Sri Lanka, held an opening ceremony on 24th March of the new Retinopathy of Pre-Maturity screening facility, constructed with funds provided by Vision Charity of the UK and IRIS. The Centre for Sight is the only premature baby eye screening facility serving the Central and Northern provinces of Sri Lanka and doctors anticipate 120 babies a month will undergo eye screening and treatment.
