Butts In, Please!
I couldn't help noticing how clean Montreal areas where. Not many cigarette butts lying around, and this is one of the reasons. No gum on sidewalks either. These receptacles were in many areas, especially in park areas. This one was at the Community Centre on Gouin Blvd. in Pierrefonds.
This is what is needed in Vancouver, BC where everyone just throws their butts anywhere!
