RAF Blackhead CHL60. The radar site at Blackhead was originally operated by the army as a Coastal Defence (CD) radar, it was handed over to the RAF in May 1942 for integration into the air defence network (Building Radar book by Dobinson).
Situated behind the lighthouse at Blackhead, the surface buildings appear to remain. The CH station is associated with the CHL at Glenarm.
