“Homicidal burns” occur when someone is hired to "hit" another person by causing bodily injury. The most common method of injury is throwing acetic or sulfuric acid into someone's face and body. The acid initially burns and turns the surface of the skin yellow and then black. Eventually the skin burns off and leaves exposed skin underneath. This is where surgical grafting is needed.

 

This is the story of a lover's triangle and a bystander. Pradeep had an affair with another person's wife (Janakie). A hit was made using sulfuric acid which was doused on them while they were in a three-wheeler taxi.
