String Theory and the Uncertainty Principle
This one goes in the Accidental Art folder. I was trying to shoot a traffic accident from my kitchen window at a distance of 1.5km (almost a mile), at 22:30 (10:30pm) and fuddled up the camera settings.
So I managed to make an accident of an accident. That's like a double ice cream scoop for the price of one, with sprinkles on top.
This is a 20 second handheld exposure of street lights, house lights and car lights, as well as the flashing blue lights of an emergency vehicle, and it ended up looking like something out of the Large Hadron Collider. Added some diffuse glow in Photoshop Elements for good measure. I kinda like it myself :)
