Tom Lynas’s former Warrington Borough Transport Limited 71 LED 71P, a Bristol RESL6G built 1975 with an East Lancashire B44F+15 body on Rochdale Road at Slattocks taking part in the Trans Lancs Rally. Sunday 6th September 2009
Note, LED 71P was first registered on 9th January 1976 and originally operated by Warrington Borough Council Transport as number 71. The seating was altered from B41D circa 1984 and Warrington Borough Council Transport’s operations passed to Warrington Borough Transport Limited on 26th October 1986 due to bus deregulation. LED 71P was withdrawn from service in June 1999 and acquired for preservation by Tom Lynas in August 1999
