Parade in honor of a stray cat that was electrocuted when it wandered into the wrong place in a Entergy power substation, knocking out power for thousands in New Orleans. One of the most absurd concepts for a local event I've participated in. From Markey Park, Bywater, to R Bar in upper Marigny, New Orleans.
