Lynx ammunition resupply vehicle

Since I have an SPG based off of the Lynx it made sense to build a supply vehicle for it as well. The design is based off of Magnus's Bobcat APC, which was itself based off of the Lynx. I added some features to make it fit the supply vehicle role better.
