Kekiretta, Berlin

Kerstin Finger working as Kekiretta.net (*1979) studied Architecture in Darmstadt for 2 years. Then she changed her mind and studied Graphic Design.

 

In 2004 she worked at the Institute Design2Context“ of HGKZ Zurich for Ruedi Baur. In summer 2005 she published "Tape – An Excursion Through the World of Adhesive Tapes"

at Die Gestalten Verlag, Berlin and won the 3rd price of the input output award and a red dot award for her book project What looks god today, may not look good tomorrow“. She held several lectures.

 

Besides working for clients she is realising own projects. Kekiretta.net is especiallly interested in everyday life design, what does not look like design and was not planned to be cool, so called ready-made design. Being influenced by everyday life is her special

interest and aim in design. Since summer 2009 she is employed at the Deutsches Theater Berlin.
