Moonrise over the dark stranger
At the International Car Forest
It's a little hard to tell, but I think this was probably a late 1960's or 1970's station wagon, stuck nose down in the dirt (I saw someone else online state that it's a 1972 Plymouth Fury Suburban which seems about right).
An artist painted a dark stranger on the top of the car.
The bright light above the car is the moon (about half full), and the arc above it is probably the moonlight reflecting inside the lens.
The car is lit up from inside with a small panel light, and the outside is lit with a mini maglight with a red filter.
