not the reason that most people go to see Art Brut

I went a bit crazy with the photography on the second day of the Hideout Block Party. Where on the first day I only came out with about a dozen photos, on the second day, I have about 40 photos that I think are usable.

 

I will eventually post a lot of these between the two accounts. But for now going into the week, I just want to get my favorite photos of the four remaining bands that I photographed at the festival up.

 

This is my favorite photo that I took of Art Brut. It's bassist Freddy Feedback and drummer Mikey Breyer toward the end of the set.

 

The Art Brut set was the highlight of my weekend as it was just cathartic and they are just one of the best live bands going right now, period.

 

I think this is just my favorite because it's the best picture I got of Freddy who is just the cutest thing ever where female bassists go. Well besides Laura Ballard of Superchunk.

 

Of course Eddie Argos is the main attraction so there will be photos of him to follow.
