Beauty is Artificial?
A trademark of an Indian summer are the mangoes - we start looking forward to them just as the spring draws to an end. So keenly are they awaited that they make way to the stalls even when they aren't ready - thanks to the artificial ripening techniques like calcium carbide. They look so juicy and pulpy from outside, tempting you buy them as soon as you see them, but the "real picture" emerges only from inside when you cut them.
Guess, beauty has to be artificial in most cases - be it mangoes or, well...!
