Dreaming...

Time flies...youth is fleeting...so it seems...and one day you realize it really is true..

 

This was taken on my way to the city sometime this summer..i got on the train hoping to get a few shots of the tracks...came across this lady who was doing a day trip on Metro North(thats the local transportation between coastal fairfield county , Conecticut.. and Manhattan)...we started to talk and she told me how her son was fond of train rides...and she took the day off to take her son on a train ride up and down Metro North..and how they have been doing this all day..just so that they had a good time..

i took this shot with my old Canon S50 point and shoot..this little guy was so into it...it reminded me of my days as a kid..how fond i was of trains and all..actually all things "vehicles"..(i still am in a way)..i had to take a shot of this kid...only had a 50mm prime..so had to revert back to my trusty Canon S50 point and shoot..this is a special picture for me as it always takes me down memory lane.
