My 18 year old son will be leaving very soon for school and used our new magnetic poetry to make this. He wants to be an auto mechanic "when he grows up". Actually, he used to tell people he wanted to be a 'cool car salesman' when he grew up...cool cars were hot rods and classics we enjoyed at car shows. He is grown now and cars are still his goal.
I'm gonna miss him. Two boys out on their own...this is what we raise them to do, right?
*the poetry is a thrift store find that I got today. I have wanted some of these for a long time and at .95 cents I couldn't pass em up. Not a lot to choose from in this set, which makes me want to get more sets so my fridge will be covered in wisdom and witticism. A creative canvas for quips and quotes, notes and nonsense. Oh yes, I definitely need more of these*
