Lit Sliver & Dark Ball Moon And Bright Star Over Tampa Bay At 2 AM - IMRAN™
I had not yet gone to bed though it was nearly 2 AM. I saw the moon. Maybe it was the air being clean after the hurricane, or the really chilly nights (55°F) squeezing the moisture out of the air. Whatever the reason, the air was so clear the camera captured the unlit portion of the moon as a clearly visible circle adjacent to the bright sliver we could all see.
