Packaged 8GHz radar IC (2019)

Imec's packaged 8GHz radar IC contains a full SISO transceiver (AFE, ADCs and frequency generation) on chip. The chip is ultra-wideband compliant, has 20cm range resolution and features less than 1mW duty-cycled power consumption.
