Staff Sgt. George Shaughnessy from Coalition Joint Special Operation Task Force disseminates newspapers to the crowd of curious on Oct. 26, 2002. Soldiers from 489th Civil Affairs Battalion and support from 9th and 8th Psychological Operations, Ft. Bragg, N.C., deliver a humanitarian aid package to Nejhab, a village in Afghanistan.
