Mentors and mentees, from around the world, met for a five day orientation at the U.S. Army Installation Command's College of Installation on Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, January 11-15, 2016. In support of the command's Line of Effort 1, the Headquarters Centralized Mentoring Program is a year-long, professional development opportunity where senior employees help their mentees grow into multi-skilled, adaptive leaders.
