"You're making history, and it's good history," said Brig. Gen. Jason Evans, U.S. Army Installation Management Command's Deputy Commanding General of Support, to the first ever IMCOM Strategic Human Capital Plan Working Group.
The group, comprised of IMCOM employees from all regions, was tasked with developing a plan (and accompanying actions) that puts people first in IMCOM and develops an agile professional installation workforce for IMCOM 2025 and beyond.
