Summer snow?
Summer snow? - A wonderful July morning at Blea Tarn captured in infrared with the foliage glowing iridescent all around the tarn. It does look like a surreal and unseasonable spell of summer snow, but the rather verdant greens take on a wintry, frosty appearance when imaged this way. I can assure you that no snow fell that morning around the tarn!
