Serviceberry Leaf

We have three Serviceberry trees in our landscape and the colors they produce in autumn are brilliant. The birds love their cherry-like fruit and gorge themselves on it all summer.

 

Here I've framed a few of their leaves in black and gold.

 

Autumn has become my favorite season.

Then again, when the next season arrives, that becomes my new favorite :)
