Lizard Eye
I just returned from a Florida vacation in Jacksonville.
Wonderful time with family!
These attractive lizards (both Green and Brown Anoles) were everywhere in the trees and bushes. I love to spend hours finding, following, and photographing them.
Here's the first of several images that I will post.
I believe this individual is a female Green Anole, that has just molted, shedding its skin as it grows. You can see some of the skin that has yet to come of on the top of its head.
