a lonely bird is hard to find

I see this egret almost every day, is too tired to be shy and slow to fly. She be lonely I can tell, but stands tall with a fish hook stuck in her side that she muss with, so I say thank you and good morning as she does trust me but with a fish hook in her side flies away. I say that am sorry, did not mean to bother you.
