Tried all night getting the Nikon SU800 commander to trigger my remote speedlights outside and failed. Ended up using a single wired SB600, handheld at arms length. Despite shooting through a softbox pretty harsh shadows from the collar because of the close distance.

Now researching radio triggers. What's your favorite in the cheaper than pocketwizard class?
