Explored! After the 'Burn Up'

Ace Cafe Reunion’s 25th anniversary

The three-day motorcycling event, which culminates in the Brighton Burn Up, celebrates the history, culture and style of Ace Cafe London and always proves to be a hugely-popular event.

Motorcyclists from across the UK and as far afield as Europe converge on Madeira Drive to celebrate one of the biggest motor bike events.

Riders from different age groups and clubs came to mark this special anniversary event, with the late autumn sunshine bringing even more people to the seafront to witness the spectacle.

Ace Cafe is the famous bikers’ cafe off London’s North Circular Road.

It was built in the 1930s for hauliers but was later used as a gathering place for motorcyclists in the post-war rock ‘n’ roll culture.

It closed in 1969, but made a comeback in 1993.
