I’m punning unforgivably now. I’ve been thinking about Paul Strand lately, and the quiet power his photos have. Honestly, I understand his work less than that of most others I appreciate, and yet I’m aware that many of his photos have… something I can’t entirely define, but it has a kind of magic. The light on this wall reminded me a little of his magic.
